Top stay

Full marks for the nights stay and the breakfast. Friendly reception, very clean room, well decorated with all the little extras provided. Great fully functioning and modern shower providing the fresh start to the days activities. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer when next in Blackpool.

Surprise, surprise

I am a regular enjoyer of the delights and fun of Blackpool. Surprise surprise, Pelham Lodge delivers everything that it claims and more. My bedroom was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Pelham Lodge is in an almost perfect central position close to everything. Food was first class and George and Martin could not do more to make my stay a real holiday. That I instantly rebooked as did many of the other guests, says it all.

Hidden treasure

We arranged a one night stay to allow us to visit the pleasure beach and then see the "ride the illumination" event at the end of August. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and tidy, with modern clean shower rooms. Despite being close to the town centre it was extremely quiet during the night.

Great value

This is the best value b&b I have ever been. Fantastic price for the quality of service and the amenities, the cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms. And we were pleasantly surprised to discover that they had discounts on restaurants and bars! We went to a very good Italian close to the b&b and got 20% discount. This really makes it an unbeatable value.

A truly brilliant and friendly hotel

We were made welcome from the moment we got there. The room was delightful and everywhere was spotless, cannot fault it. Super omelette for breakfast.

Treasure by the seaside

I recently went back and stayed at this blackpool hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is clean fresh and one of the best small hotels in Blackpool. If your like me and are there for business..this owners will look after you and cater for your needs. This hotel is well located with its own small car park. The room I always have is bright fresh and with all modern amenities. Breakfast is a highlight with fresh yogurt and fruit and if you so desire a full english. The hotel is constantly being upgraded by Martin and Jorge. And you feel spoilt and appreciated when you stay here.

Fantastic place to stay

I’ve been to Blackpool loads of times and stayed in various Hotels & B&B's but this place has to be the best by far, from the moment we arrived to the time we left everyone of the staff (Martin, Jorge & Glynn) made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is perfectly placed near to the north pier and town centre, lots of places nearby to eat and drink, there is also a car park to the rear of the hotel. we had a VERY comfortable stay, the rooms were all very clean, warm and well presented and would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. We will certainly be returning on our next trip

Blackpool's best kept secret

Been coming to Blackpool in February for many years and this has to be the best place we have ever stayed in! Friendly, clean, comfortable, quiet but convenient location, great breakfast ... Don't want to say too much more - we may not get a reservation next time as it will be fully booked!!!
