Lovely place

Lovely place with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. There's only 5 free parking spaces but we were lucky enough to grab one of them. As soon as we arrived we were asked how we travelled and was given information on where we could park. Reasonable rates and delicious breakfast. Free refreshments in the room also included bottles of water are provided and appreciated for those who don't like drinking tap water. Only a couple of minutes walk to the sea front and tower etc. would definitely recommend this place if visiting Blackpool.

New Year's Eve

Absolutely charming hotel with a very warm welcome!, Pelham lodge is one of the nicest cleanest and most comfortable hotels I have ever visited, excellent value for money with exquisite decor and very well kept rooms, I would definitely recommend this hotel to both family’s and business travellers alike!.Just a final thank you for the very warm welcome me and my friend received on arrival, if I could sum up this hotel in one word....perfect!, Happy new year everyone!.

Love this place

Love this place, All friendly staff, excellent location, 4 minutes walk from the train station, we had a top floor room which was really clean and spacious, Guy at reception and the friendly waitress were great especially. I would rate this place 11/10 . Respect for the manager for running such a great business, Thank you to all the staff at Pelham Place.

So comfortable

We chose Pelham Lodge because it was close to the Station and very near the Promenade. However it was also in a quiet location being on a side street away from traffic noise. We were so surprised to find it was run by two lovely people and the breakfast was done early just for us so we could catch a train home! We wished we'd had time to stay longer. We will certainly stay at the Lodge again!

Lovely, Friendly and welcoming staff

Group of 6 women stayed here for a night out at Funny Girls, a cabaret bar within a 2 minute walk, so location for that was perfect! Rooms nicely decorated clean and tidy. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend, and will definitely stay there again

What a lovely experience staying at Pelham Lodge for 10 days. All your staff were brilliant! Daily service of rooms with bottles of water, tea, biscuits and clean linen was much appreciated. Breakfast menu was extensive, very well prepared and tasty. Finally your friendly welcome and local places to visit advice was much appreciated. We will be back!!

Fabulous, welcoming and cosy

I booked here for a little one night get away and it was fabulous. From when I booked, I felt it was going to be good. I got a very lovely phonetical the day before my arrival off the Manager Martin and that really made the stay and made me feel welcomed before I even arrived. All the staff I encountered where welcoming and hospitable. Nothing was too much Its so close to train station, winter gardens and the prom....but not in the hustle and bustle so its a bit quieter and it was a lovely nights sleep...bed was comfortable and the room itself was spotless, comfy and just what I needed. Brekkie was yummy and very quickly done..but fresh and done exact to my needs. Martin is fabulous and made me feel very welcome and I watched him also with other guests and he is fab and very chatty to people...which is great as it makes you feel like a proper guest and not just £££. I absolutely LOVED my stay here and will be back again Thank You Martin and Staff for a great stay!!!

Excellent value

I stayed at the Pelham Lodge in Blackpool for 3 nights. It is more a guest house than a hotel and I usually stay in hotels, so I was a bit worried what it would be like. I had no need to worry. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful when I asked about trams and tickets. The front door is locked and you get a key, so that there is no need to worry about random people coming in. My room was on the ground floor and was spacious with a huge ensuite with a Jacuzzi bath. I think it has recently been done up as it all seemed quite new, as did the double glazing. The room was clean with a wardrobe and loads of drawers. The tea tray was better than I've seem in some hotels, with different teas, coffee, hot chocolate, bottles of water and biscuits. The bed was comfortable although a bit soft for me. Breakfast was plentiful - lots of different types of cereal, yoghurts, fruit juice and cooked breakfasts to order - and the staff were very attentive ensuring that you always had enough toast and tea or coffee. The location is ideal, a five minute walk to the North Pier, but there isn't a lot of noise at night. It is also a five minute walk to the train station. I thought it was excellent value for money with a full breakfast included.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this great B&B 10-15 August 2015. We stayed in the very comfortable and spacious family room at the top. The place itself is ideally located just north of the Tower and within easy reach of the train station and tram, but also only a short walk from many of the attractions and eateries. The B&B is very clean, comfortable and welcoming and the staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast has an excellent choice and is plentiful, really setting you up for the day, and really tasty! The addition of balloon animals being made by the chef, was a great little extra for the kiddiwinks who were delighted with them. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to both visit again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks to all the staff. Stayed August 2015, travelled with family.
